Appointed to undertake this newbuild home located in Lamberhurst, Watts Construction completed this eco-friendly project in two phases enabling the client to remain in residence for the duration of the project. The design of this project is unique based on a chalet style building incorporating multiple roof dormers and shaped timber fascia.

All internal and external finishes were undertaken by Watts to a high specification. We installed tile flooring and high specification joinery throughout including a spiral staircase and balustrade. 

The exterior is cladded with composite boarding and the South elevation boasts a solar glass facade absorbing solar energy whilst allowing great viewing out over the grounds.
