Construction of Three Storey House

Summary:

Watts Construction were appointed to undertake this newbuild home located in Crowborough. The build was set on a challenging sloped plot and therefore to maximise efficiency the building was cut into the slope forming a ground floor basement above which the first and second floor living areas were constructed. 

The project incorporates underfloor heating throughout with a mixture of floor finishes from high specification tiled floors to oak flooring and carpets. We supplied and installed bespoke joinery throughout including hardwood doors and windows.
