We are proud to be one of only a handful of specialist firms in East Sussex to have delivered a certified Passivhaus home, officially listed on the Passivhaus Trust website. Our in-house construction team undertook Passivhaus Tradesperson Certification and achieved an outstanding final airtightness result of 0.205 h⁻¹ @ 50 Pa on our latest build in Ide Hill. This level of performance places the project among the best in the country and demonstrates the precision, discipline and technical capability that defines our work.
