Watts Construction are appointed to carry out this project located in Wadhurst in 2 phases enabling the client to remain in residence throughout.
Our client is keen on the completed project being a sustainable environmentally friendly house which will be achieved by the installation of a ground source heat pump for the heating of the water servicing the property. This system requires 1200m of trenching at 1m depth where heat absorption cables can absorb optimum ground temperature.
Phase 1 of this project is to undertake the demolition of the existing outbuilding and construct a new triple bay oak framed garage with a first-floor studio overhead and replace the roof coverings to the existing garage.
On completion of phase 1 the client will move into this new space allowing for phase 2, two storey extension and refurbishment to the existing property and landscaping works, to commence.
